The classes:
I will teach the following two classes for the 2011 - 2012 academic year: Geography and History of the World (GHW) and U.S. History (USH).
GHW is a very unique class that allows freshman and sophmores to take an indepth look not only at geography, but how people and societies interact with one aonther. We will study a variety of topics that include but are not limited to: Genocide, World Religions, Travel and Tourism, and the Environment...just to name a few.
USH is your classic U.S. History class. We will begin the first semester studying how we as a country began, grew and eveuntually gained independence. We will then cover almost all major United States historical events from the Revolution through the present day.
